What annual formalities must a company complete?
Every year: approval of the accounts by the management body, an ordinary general meeting to approve the accounts within six months of the financial year-end, drafting of the minutes, updating of the registers and filing of the financial statements with the National Business Register (RNE).
Do you handle amendments to the articles of association?
Yes: transfer of registered office, change of manager or corporate purpose, capital increase or reduction, transfer of shares, change of legal form. We draft the deeds, handle their registration and publication, and update the RNE.
Do you assist with the dissolution and liquidation of a company?
Yes. We organise the decision of early dissolution, the appointment of the liquidator, the publication formalities, the preparation of the liquidation accounts and the removal of the company from the RNE.
