How do we do it?
Using the ANCE key, we access the ejebaya tax online declaration website or the ecnss social online declaration website and fill out the form concerning you online.
How to access the remote declaration site?
Following a request to the tax services or the CNSS administration as the case may be, accompanied by a direct debit authorization from your bank, you will be given a password allowing you to access the website. The request must specify whether or not you will delegate this formality to a professional
ANCE key?
This is the technological tool provided to us by the National Agency for Electronic Certification to connect it to the computer and to fill-in online the tax-return or the social declaration safely and without error
How payment should be done?
Payment is made using electronic methods:
• 1st solution: The customer can keep the payment task to himself. In this case we will send him an e-mail informing him that his online tax return is ready, and he only has to proceed to payment either by direct debit or by credit card
• 2nd solution: the customer delegates the payment to us by direct debit from his bank account. Before payment, he will be sent an e-mail with the tax statement in PDF format attached and if he has no objection, he will send us an email authorizing the payment.
Can the client consult his declarations?
From his PC, tablet or smartphone, the customer can consult his declarations if he has an ANCE key. If not, consultation is still possible on the cloud space that we make available to them
